An hour long panel on the rise of Populism in America headed by Arthur Brooks, James Manyika, Chad Bown, Kevin Delaney and Jason Furman went to China, Russia, Australia, Italy, Germany and other countries in order to understand the Trump administration’s take on the phenomenon. However, the elephant in the room, a southern neighbor, was not spoken about until Sergio brought it up.
